Your account
You don’t need an account to place an order. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or abusively.
Products and condition
We sell new, used and refurbished products. Each listing states the product’s condition:
- New — unused, in original packaging.
- Used — previously owned, in working order, with signs of use described in the listing.
- Refurbished — previously owned, inspected and restored to working order.
For used and refurbished items, the written condition notes describe what you will receive. Photos may be representative. Battery capacity of pre-owned devices is lower than when new and is not covered as a defect unless the listing says otherwise.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in the store currency and include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout. We try to keep prices and stock accurate, but errors can happen. If an item is mispriced or unavailable, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund of anything paid.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel orders, for example if payment cannot be verified or stock is unavailable; any amount paid will be refunded.
Bank transfer orders are processed once payment is received and verified. Cash on delivery, where offered, is payable to the courier on delivery.

Returns and warranty
Returns, refunds and any warranty are covered by our Returns & Refund Policy and by the warranty information shown on the product page, if any. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Limitation of liability
